Spicy Ground Beef and Breen Beans-1 This spicy footing beef and green beans is one of the most pop dishes in China, originated from Szechuan cuisine. It is as well 1 of my favorite dishes.

Beginning, I deep fried the greenish beans until crisp outside, then sautéed the garlic, ginger and dried chili pepper until fragrant.

Spicy basis beefiness and green beans

Ingredients

  • one pound light-green beans, ends trimmed, let dry
  • ⅕ pound ground beefiness
  • two dried chili peppers, cutting into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon minced ginger
  • For marinating the beef:
  • a touch of salt
  • a bear on of carbohydrate
  • a bear upon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ane tablespoon cooking vino
  • For cooking and seasoning:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon common salt
  • ¼ teaspoon carbohydrate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinating the beefiness with common salt, saccharide, oil, soy sauce and cooking vino for about x minutes.
  2. Heat ½ loving cup of oil in the pan over medium rut, carefully add in the green beans, deep fry for about eight minutes until their surfaces are well-baked.
  3. Fish the green beans out and set bated, leave half of the oil in the pan and discard the other half.
  4. Plow to medium-high oestrus and stir in the stale chili peppers, garlic and ginger, sauté for most 2 minutes until fragrant and browned.
  5. Add together the ground beef into the pan and stir fry for another 2 minutes until the beef has inverse color.
  6. Stir in the dark-green beans and toss in the salt, carbohydrate and soy sauce, sitr fry for some other two-3 minutes and serve.

Notes

Make certain the green beans are dry before putting them into the hot oil for deep frying.

I made this subbing in a Beyond Burger and red pepper flakes for the beef and dried peppers. I likewise used Shao Xing cooking vino. Information technology was really good and super piece of cake to make. I will definitely make information technology over again. Thank you for posting it!

Just 1/5 pound ground beefiness? That's similar 3.2 ounces, not much with a pound of dark-green beans. I'm going to try the recipe because it sounds really expert, and I exercise "blistered" Szechuan beans frequently.
